Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed, and we appreciate your patience. If your order faces unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Options, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from China. Estimated delivery time does not include processing time. Please expect an additional 1–3 business days for order handling.

Note: Delivery times may be impacted by customs clearance, weather conditions, flight arrangements, or courier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the courier's website. When tracking your order, you can expect to see information such as the current location of your package and the estimated delivery date. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team at info@zinntra.com.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.

We are unable to deliver to:

  • Alaska

  • American Samoa

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Armed Forces America/Europe/Pacific


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and Australia, ZINNTRA covers all customs, duties, and taxes. You will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

  • For all other countries, customs duties and/or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer. You may need to contact your local postal service or customs office to pay and collect your order.


Countries Without Delivery Tracking Updates

The following destinations do not support tracking updates or delivery confirmation:

Angola, Burkina Faso, Bahrain, Burundi, Brazil, Bahamas, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Eritrea, Falkland Islands, Micronesia, Gabon, Greenland, Guinea‑Bissau, Kyrgyzstan, Kiribati, Comoros, Cayman Islands, North Macedonia, Mariana Islands, Montserrat, Namibia, Norfolk Island, Niue, Pakistan, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Puerto Rico, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, San Marino, Senegal, Sao Tome & Principe, El Salvador, Turks & Caicos, Timor‑Leste (Dem. Rep.), Tuvalu, US Outlying Islands, Uzbekistan, Vatican, South Africa, Zimbabwe.

Please ensure you’re aware of this limitation when shipping to these countries.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged item in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@zinntra.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors to see if they accepted the delivery.
  2. Confirm the delivery details with the courier using the tracking information provided.
  3. If the package cannot be located, contact our customer service team at info@zinntra.com with your order number and tracking details.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we will provide shipment details, including tracking information, delivery address, and shipping carrier details, to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.


Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@zinntra.com. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
